Welcome to Pro Vendors. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and printing services. By accessing our website or placing an order with Pro Vendors, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our website or services.
1. Services
Pro Vendors provides professional printing services, including but not limited to corporate branding, marketing and advertising materials, custom packaging solutions, and personalized or promotional products. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your order.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are considered confirmed only after final artwork approval and receipt of advance payment (if applicable).
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving final proofs before printing.
Once artwork is approved, Pro Vendors will not be responsible for any errors in content, spelling, layout, or design.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Pricing may vary depending on quantity, materials, finishing options, and delivery location.
Advance payment may be required for customized, bulk, or special orders.
Pro Vendors reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Design Files & Artwork
Customers must provide print-ready artwork in accepted formats including PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, JPG, or PNG.
Pro Vendors may assist with file setup or adjustments; however, responsibility for design content remains with the customer.
All design files and materials shared with Pro Vendors are treated as confidential and used solely for order fulfillment.
5. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Turnaround time depends on product type, order quantity, and final design approval.
Any delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pro Vendors delivers across Pakistan through courier services.
Applicable delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once the printing process has started.
Due to the customized nature of printing services, refunds are not offered unless there is a verified printing defect caused by Pro Vendors.
Any complaints or issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
7. Reprints & Errors
Pro Vendors is responsible only for errors caused by our printing or production process.
No reprints or refunds will be issued for errors present in customer-approved artwork.
Minor color variations may occur due to screen-to-print differences and are not considered defects.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have legal ownership or permission to use all logos, images, trademarks, and content provided for printing.
Pro Vendors is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pro Vendors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.
10. Website Use
All website content is provided for informational purposes only.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Pro Vendors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
